Amelia founded Trinity Commercial in 2019 after a decade across two national platforms. Her practice is built on middle-market office and mixed-use — assignments where the asset is too small for the institutional shops and too complex for a generalist. She underwrites every deal herself, runs every broker opinion of value personally, and signs every engagement letter. Trinity exists because she'd rather build a focused boutique than be one of 80 producers at a national firm.
