Trinity welcomes J.P. Cassidy to landlord services

Trinity is growing its landlord-services practice with the addition of J.P. Cassidy. J.P. joins us from a national platform's research desk, where he spent four years running underwriting and marketing-package work on $1B+ of annual transaction volume.
At Trinity, J.P. will run the listings-package and underwriting backbone for our landlord-rep portfolio — the work that makes every pitch sharper, every BOV more defensible, and every marketing campaign more accurate. He's already at work on three active assignments.
